In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) is the only fertility treatment for women with irreparably damaged or blocked fallopian tubes. IVF is also offered when infertile women cannot conceive with simpler methods of treatment for conditions such as endometriosis, ovulatory dysfunction, unexplained infertility, sperm disorders and immunological problems.

The selected intern will play an important role in enhancing the IVF journey, by implementing a new cluster In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) system for both SGH and KKH.

There are exciting scopes to be learnt such as data migration of existing data residing in both SGH and KKH IVF Clinics to the new Cluster IVF system, multiple system integration testing to backend systems and medical equipment such as ultrasound machines, embryoscope and laboratory camera.

Some of the duties include but not limited to:

- Support system/clinical/business workflow improvement works, translate user/business requirement in design specifications.

- Support System Integration Testing (SIT) with integrating system teams, draft test scripts, perform test and document testing outcomes.

- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with end user representatives, prepare test scripts, test data, engage end user, document test outcomes.

- Support production change deployment preparation works.

- Support post production change deployment works in incident management & resolution discussion.

- Report to Reporting Officer/Project Manager/Team Lead on assigned project tasks timely.

About you:

• Be pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Information Engineering and Media, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related field
• Graduating in May/Dec 2025 or May 2026
• Possess business analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with project management terminology (e.g. waterfall, agile), SDLC methodology, cloud hosting technology
• Exercise computational thinking to digest and resolve large complex issues
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
