With the successful launch of phase I, the Woodlands Critical Secured Messaging System is underway to phase II of its enhancement journey.

The selected intern will be involved in the following:

- Assist system/clinical/business workflow improvement activities, translate user/business requirement in design specification.

- Manage System Integration Testing (SIT) with integrating system teams, draft test scripts, perform test and document testing outcomes.

- Partner User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with end user representative/s, prepare test scripts, test data, engage end user, document test outcomes.

- Facilitate production change deployment preparation activities, and change management

- Support postproduction change deployment activities (incident management & resolution discussion, etc.)

- Gain experience in hardware and/or software deployment of clinical systems in both existing and/or new hospitals.

- Acquire exposure to Business Process and Workflow Mapping.

- Complete multiple end-to-end System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.

- Report to Reporting Officer/Project Manager/Team Lead on assigned project tasks timely.

About you:

• Be pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Information Engineering and Media, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related field
• Graduating in May/Dec 2025 or May 2026
• Possess business analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exercise computational thinking to digest and resolve large complex issues
• Familiar with project management terminologies (e.g. waterfall, agile), SDLC methology, cloud hosting technology 
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
