In today’s world, ensuring the safety and security of a Public Healthcare Instituition's employees and visitors is a top priority. One way to do this is by implementing an Automated Visitor Management System, which is a digital system designed to manage the flow of visitors in a healthcare setting. The system typically includes software, hardware, and protocols to register, track, and monitor visitors, as well as issuing temporary access badges.

It is an essential system for public healthcare institutions to register, manage and regulate number of visitors in accordance to hospital’s visitation policy criteria that are allowed in a control environment with an aim to achieve a more conducive environment to aid patient’s recovery.
