The selected intern will participate but not limited to the following:
- Develop Collateral: Create materials to showcase HealthTech initiatives and the contributions of Synapxe Technologists in transforming healthcare delivery.
- Recruitment Branding Support: Assist in recruitment branding and campaigns, including conducting competitor research.
- Event Planning and Execution: Contribute to the planning and execution of events, ensuring smooth operations for a positive participant experience.
- Sponsorship and Speakership Assessment: Support the evaluation of sponsorship requests and speakership opportunities.
- Database Maintenance: Maintain and regularly update the Synapxe database for events, collateral distribution, and stakeholder engagement.
- Corporate Gifts Management: Source and manage corporate gifts and inventories, and assist in the distribution of collateral.
- Statistics Monitoring: Monitor and compile statistics for various reports, events, and campaigns for analysis.
- Filming and Interviews: Facilitate filming sessions and interviews as needed.
- Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform any additional tasks assigned to ensure the smooth operation of projects.
About you:
- Be pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Communication, Marketing or related field
- Graduating in May/Dec 2026 or May 2027
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in a second language will be considered favorably
- Attention to detail and the ability to craft, proofread and edit content
- Understanding of public relations and media relations practices
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
- Ability to create engaging and persuasive content
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholder
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A positive team player with an ownership mind-set, and able to multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
