ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) is a framework designed to standardize the selection, planning, delivery, maintenance and overall lifecycle of IT services within a business. The goal is to improve efficiency and achieve predictable service delivery.
Corporate IT is currently working on formalizing and documenting key ITIL and operational processes, so as to develop standardized process documentation that will be adopted across the entire Corporate IT function.
The selected intern will participate but not limited to the following:
- Work closely with the Technical Governance Lead to support the drafting, refinement, and documentation of operational and governance processes
- Collaborate and gather inputs, knowledge from cross functional stakeholders
- Organize process flows, assist in preparing process documentation and templates, and ensure alignment with ITIL general management, service management and technical management practices.
- Assist in implementation of ITIL practices as a proof-of-principle project
- Document the current process, improved process and its tradeoffs
Reevaluate the process post-adoption, and see how business performance is affected
About you:
- Be pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science and Analytics, Information Systems or related field
- Graduating in May/Dec 2026 or May 2027
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Basic understanding of IT Service Management, ITIL framework, and related concepts
- Able to work under pressure and collaborate effectively as a team player
- Interest in IT process management or business analysis (preferred)
- Able to work under pressure well
- A positive team player with an ownership mind-set, and able to multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
