As a Data Analytics Intern, you will:

• Assist in setting up environments for data analysis
• Develop and document analysis scripts
• Summarize results and develop conclusions or insights from stakeholders
• Retrieve and analyze diverse datasets
• Assess data quality and perform transformations to prepare data for advanced analysis
• Enhance automation (Python) scripts developed by past interns for DNA-PMO, ensuring the scripts are maintained and up-to-date with our processes
• Develop or enhance tracking reports for project budget utilization, funding claims, performance scorecards, invoicing claims, and other reporting as needed, to provide useful insights to Finance, Project Teams, and Stakeholders
• Render assistance in procurement processes by preparing documents for new contracts or renewals
• Support initiatives aimed at automation, improving processes, and/or streamlining administrative/clerical/manual tasks within the department, enhancing efficiency and productivity
• Support the organization of department events such as town halls and training sessions as needed, enhancing team engagement and knowledge sharing

About you:

• Be pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
• Graduating in May/Dec 2026 or May 2027
• Knowledge of foundational Statistical and Data Mining techniques
• Knowledge in various databases (SQL/PL/SQL Query, etc) and programming such as R and/or Python
• Strong interest in uncovering patterns in underlying complex datasets
• Possess data intuition and curiousity to learn and master application of new techniques on diverse real-word data, and a tenacity to solve problems when encountering new unknown scenarios
• Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
