The selected will have the opportunity to join our Data aNalytics & Ai team in the following:

  • Optimize user management processes for on-boarding and off-boarding while ensuring security compliance.
  • Conduct monthly reviews of the User Access Matrix to identify discrepancies and security risks.
  • Enhance operational efficiency through automation of routine activities and development of tracking reports.
  • Acquire ETL skills to ensure data accuracy and resolve data issues effectively.
  • Foster collaboration and teamwork among the Operations team and stakeholders for improved service delivery.
  • Acquire hands-on experience in performing on-boarding and off-boarding processes for users, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to security protocols.
  • Learn to perform monthly reviews of the User Access Matrix to ensure proper access controls and identify any discrepancies or potential security risks.
  • Work on enhancing the automation for the routine operational activities to increase efficiency.
  • Develop or enhance tracking reports for project budget utilization, funding claims, performance scorecards, invoicing claims, and other reporting as needed, to provide useful insights to Finance, Project Teams, and Stakeholders.
  • Acquire knowledge and skills in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools to troubleshoot and resolve data issues, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Improve problem-solving skills by analyzing and resolving complex service desk issues related to user access and data troubleshooting.
  • Learn to document and maintain accurate records of on-boarding, off-boarding, and data troubleshooting activities.
  • Enhance teamwork and collaboration skills by working closely with the Ops team and other stakeholders.

 

 

About you:

  • Be pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
  • Graduating in May/Dec 2026 or May 2027
  • Project automation skill - Python, Jave or Advance Excel, Macro
  • Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
