HEALIX is a unified cloud-based analytics platform designed to serve all public healthcare entities in Singapore. By providing a comprehensive healthcare data repository with common analytics tools on a secure infrastructure, HEALIX enables cross-cluster collaboration and data-driven innovation in our healthcare sector. HEALIX is poised to grow and scale to meet entities' use case and user onboarding. Interns can expect to support initiatives to scale and transform existing processes and solutions, and grow in proficiency in technology and health domain expertise.

The selected intern will partake in one of the following:

Scope One:

• Learning/Enablement Engagement (Grow) - To plan and develop user-friendly learning pathways for HEALIX Tech Stack (Tableau, Databricks, Sagemaker) with HEALIX Ops and Vendors for effective HEALIX Usage. Engagement would also involve liaising with Tech Team and End Users to replicate and document use-cases and user steps. This would serve as a reference repository for future users to learn and refer for HEALIX Usage. To support EDM and Publicity to entities to uplift users competencies.
  • Procurement Support (Run) - To liaise and support coordination of procurement activities and documentation. 
• HEALIX Chatbot Development (Transform) - To work with Tandem Team to evaluate and improve HEALIX Chabot performance, and to support user onboarding/awareness of the Chatbot. Team would implement evaluation metrics to monitor chatbot performance and identify opportunity to improve performance by improving quality of dataset or prompt engineering. To support HEALIX enquiries to PMO on onboarding.

Scope Two:

• Project Level Cost Tagging and Reporting (Grow) - To work with HEALIX Tech Team to implement AWS Tagging at Project-Level Tagging. Also, to automate reporting via Tableau. This involves the creation of ETL script from Databricks Source Data to Tableau Dashboard for end-user consumption.
  • Monthly Utilisation Reporting to Entities (Run) - To maintain manual reporting and circulation of HEALIX Utilisation to entities for verification.
• Finance and HEALIX Chargeback related (Transform) - To work with Finance to develop chargeback report format for chargeback, and to support Product Pricing activities. These reports are required as part of SN 3 automation reporting.
  • HEALIX Funding Tracking (Run) - To maintain funding info with Project Teams, and liaise with onboarders with budgeting matters.

About you:

• Be pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
• Graduating in May/Dec 2026 or May 2027
• Familiarity with developing Data Flow via Databricks
• Design and Implementation of Tableau Dashboards
• Implementation of AWS Cost Tagging and Pricing Strategies
• Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
