PC Leasing and Lifecycle Management Services operates as a device-as-a-service model, which aims to simplify PC lifecycle management, including purchasing, managing, retiring, and refreshing PCs for Public Healthcare Institutions (PHIs).

 

The services include hardware configuration and maintenance, asset management, financial management, and provide predictive analytics that can help combat hardware failures and security policy violations. Additionally, it boosts security further by inventorying devices and tracking their locations and status.

 

The selected intern will participate but not limited to the following:

  • Development of data analytics dashboard that helps users to make informed decisions based on evidence and analysis from raw data. This includes data collection, cleansing, and analyzing data to identify trends and patterns, ultimately providing insights to inform decision-making
  • Requirement-based testing across different platforms (web portal, mobile app, dashboard) to identify defects, verify functionality, and validate the performance of the application, ensuring it meets user requirements and operates reliably
  • Innovation for Smart Locker and Central Kitchen by analyzing user needs, evaluating existing systems, and identifying areas for improvement to help the organization achieve a digital workspace solution
  • Process documentation (PPM) to maintain written procedures up-to-date, which helps the organization maintain consistency, efficiency, and compliance

 

About you:

  • Be pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Information Systems or related field
  • Graduating in May/Dec 2026 or May 2027
  • Understanding SQL and database management systems is beneficial
  • Familiarity with tools like Excel, Tableau, and Power BI is beneficial
  • Ability to create process flowcharts, diagrams, SOPs, user manuals, and training materials
  • Ability to monitor, track, and manage changes to processes and corresponding documentation
  • Effective communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy is crucial
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex processes and identify improvement areas
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
