This internship opportunity is pivotal in the upcoming release of Service Methodology Management 2.0, aimed at enhancing service delivery within our HealthTech organization for Public Healthcare. Interns will have the unique chance to contribute to the development of the One Infra Service Operation Playbook, which encompasses the following key areas:

 

Develop Automatable Tools:
Interns will be tasked with creating automatable tools using programming languages or technical tools that streamline processes within the service delivery framework. This may involve scripting for automation or developing applications that enhance operational efficiency, with a focus on integrating GenAI capabilities.

 

Develop Data Processing Algorithms:
Interns will work on developing data processing algorithms that analyse service delivery data, ensuring that insights can be drawn to inform decision-making and improve service outcomes. This will require a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms, as well as proficiency in relevant programming languages.

 

Service Planning and Architecture:
Interns will participate in strategic discussions, contributing to the design of frameworks that align IT services with overarching business objectives. This will involve understanding the needs of the healthcare sector and how IT can support these needs effectively.

 

Service Delivery and Assembly:
Interns will assist in developing processes that ensure efficient service delivery, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction. This includes utilizing GenAI tools to generate dashboards and processes that visualize service performance and customer feedback, ensuring that services are continuously improved.

 

Governance and Management:
Interns will gain insights into establishing governance frameworks that ensure compliance and performance measurement. They will learn about industry best practices and how to utilize data analysis tools like PowerBI or Tableau, alongside GenAI, to monitor compliance and governance metrics effectively.

 

This internship offers a hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, allowing interns to develop valuable skills in IT service management, data analysis, and governance. About you:

  • Be pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Information Systems or related field
  • Graduating in May/Dec 2026 or May 2027
  • Basic Knowledge of ITIL and ISO: Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and ISO (International Organization for Standardization) standards is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to contribute effectively to service planning and process development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and contribute to group discussions
  • A genuine interest in IT service management and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
