Project: Healthcare Data Integration & Analytics Platform Development

HEALIX is the pioneering cloud-based analytics platform designed specifically for the public healthcare sector. By utilizing state-of-the-art cloud-native tools, it facilitates the swift development of AI models aimed at enhancing patient care. HEALIX consolidates the diverse data requirements of the public healthcare sector into a single, cohesive platform, fostering collaboration and efficiency. This integration allows stakeholders to harness the power of data-driven insights and artificial intelligence, ultimately leading to improved healthcare outcomes.

The selected intern will play a crucial role in testing and validating healthcare data systems within the HEALIX platform. As part of the HEALIX initiative, he/she will work closely with the project team to ensure system reliability and data accuracy during the final phases of system implementation.

The selected intern will participate in, but is not limited to, the following:

• Conducting application testing for the Data Privacy Tool.
• Collaborating with Functional Analysts (FAs) to prepare table creation in ETL (DDL) for new systems.
• Testing new source systems to ensure compatibility and functionality.
• Assisting in the preparation for data catch-up from on-premises systems.
• Validating data integrity between on-premises systems and HEALIX.
• Reviewing long-running ETL jobs and Tableau dashboards, and recommending solutions for performance improvements.

About you:

• Be pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Business Analytics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or related discipline
• Graduating in Dec 2026 or May 2027
• Knowledge of ETL processes (e.g., Informatica)
• Proficiency in SQL scripting
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., OBIEE/Tableau)
• Familiarity with AWS and Databricks
• Basic programming skills in Python
• Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
