The selected interns will participate but not limited to the following:

1. Project Task Tracking

• Monitor and update the status of various data center project tasks.
• Coordinate with project team members to gather progress updates.
• Maintain and organize project schedules using project management tools.
• Identify and report any delays or issues affecting the project timeline.

2. Schedule Management

• Assist in creating and maintaining detailed project timelines.
• Help in scheduling meetings, milestones, and deadlines.
• Ensure all stakeholders are informed about schedule changes.

3. Documentation

• Document project progress, meeting minutes, and key decisions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive records of project activities.
• Assist in preparing reports summarizing project status.

4. Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Copywriting

• Write clear and concise SOPs for data center operations and maintenance.
• Collaborate with technical teams to gather accurate information.
• Review and update existing SOPs to ensure they are current and effective.
• Format and organize SOP documents for easy accessibility and understanding.

5. Communication and Coordination

• Liaise with different departments to ensure alignment on project tasks.
• Support communication efforts by preparing presentations or summaries.
• Respond to queries related to project schedules and documentation.

6. Data Visualization and Automated Workflows

• Evaluate existing processes, data sources, and dashboards
• Collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders to gather requirements for dashboard improvements, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), current processes and tasks.
• Design and develop modern dashboards and automated workflows providing intuitive visualizations and actionable insights.
• Integrate and transform data from multiple sources and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data.
• Monitor and maintain dashboards, perform regular update and troubleshooting as needed

About you:

• Be pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Business Analytics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or related field
• Graduating in Dec 2026 or May 2027
• Basic understanding of project management principles.
• Ability to use project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana).
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to track progress and identify potential issues
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint) is advantageous
• Understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud environment
• Proficiency in BI tools (i.e. Power BI, Tableau) and data visualization frameworks.
• Understand ETL processes and experience in integrating data from multiple sources.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles for dashboard design
• Good in programming language (i.e. Python) and Microsoft Office (i.e. excel)
• Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
