The selected intern will participate in, but is not limited to, the following:

1. Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

• Project Implementation Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and streamline processes.
• Training and Documentation: Develop comprehensive training materials and documentation for end-users to facilitate smooth adoption of RPA tools.
• Performance Monitoring: Propose metrics to assess the effectiveness of RPA solutions and provide ongoing support for optimization.

2. Data Analytics

• Dashboard Development: Build or enhance data analytics dashboards using Tableau, ensuring they are user-friendly and provide actionable insights.
• Data Quality Assurance: Establish protocols for data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy in analytics.
• Advanced Analytics: Explore predictive analytics and machine learning techniques to provide deeper insights into business trends.

3. Procurement and Supply Chain System

• Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback for system enhancements.
• • Process Optimization: Analyze current procurement processes and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency.
• IT Strategy Support: Align IT strategies with supply chain operations, ensuring technology solutions meet business needs and drive value.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Lead UAT sessions with business users to ensure solutions meet requirements before full implementation.
• Change Management: Develop change management strategies to support users during transitions to new systems or processes.
• Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing processes and seeking feedback from users.

4. Others

• Content Creation: Create engaging video content for user training and town halls, utilizing storytelling techniques to enhance learning.
• Interactive Elements: Propose interactive elements in videos, such as quizzes or feedback forms, to increase engagement.

About you:

• Be pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline
• Graduating in Dec 2026 or May 2027
• UI Path RPA - Familier with one of the best RPA tools , low code development
• Project management - Familiar with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), application testing processes, including user acceptance testing (UAT), System
• Integration Testing (SIT) and regression testing.
• Adaptable, proactive and a strong team player
• Possess strong leadership qualities with good verbal and written communications skills
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
