The selected intern will assist in the following projects:

 

1. Talent Management

  • Assist in the high-potential (HiPo) and / or successor identification and endorsement process (e.g. downloading and collation of assessment reports).
  • Coordinate and support the talent engagement sessions for high-potentials and/or successors (e.g. Board Luncheon, mentoring, tea sessions).
  • Coordinate and support the delivery of in-house high-potential / leadership training programmes (e.g. HealthTech Associate Programme, Leadership Learning Series, HealthTech Ignite Programme).
  • Maintain and update Talent Management team’s Master Trackers on a monthly basis (e.g. resignations, staff movements, training attended etc).
  • Assist with maintaining a Talent Management events calendar.

 

2. Enhancement of Talent Management Tracking Processes

  • Develop automated systems/processes to track and report on employees’ completion status of mandatory leadership programmes. This tool will facilitate timely follow-up, ensure compliance and support HR analytics.
  • Explore and propose more efficient methods for documenting and tracking Talent Management processes, identifying opportunities for workflow optimisation.
  • Good to have basic programming skills, familiarity with database management and automation tools such as Excel Macros.

 

3. Learning & Development Operations

  • Support operations such as facilitating Virtual Reality experience sessions for new joiners.
  • Assist with logistics for ad-hoc Synapxe Academy learning activities (e.g. internal training workshops), SuccessFactors-Learning Management System (SF-LMS) admin as required.

 

About you:

  • Pursuing a bachelor degree in Business Administration, HR, IT or any other relevant discipline
  • Graduating in May 2027 or May 2028
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent, driven and hands-on with a high level of commitment to deliver on talent attraction strategies & initiatives in a fast-paced environment and volume hiring
  • Meticulous, well-organised with great follow-up skill
  • Able to multitask, handle ambiguity and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office. Knowledge with any applicant tracking system will be an advantage
  • Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
