Join our team in a dual-focused role supporting both Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Project Management Office (PMO) functions.

The selected intern will participate in, but is not limited to, the following:

Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) 

• Support the implementation of TPRM Enhancement Programme
• Support data collection and reporting for management dashboards
• Help maintain the vendor risk register, track remediation activities, and timely follow up
• Assist in updating and improving TPRM procedures and templates
• Draft and update department communication collaterals

Project Management Office (PMO) 

• Support the creation and development of communication programme 
• Design and edit graphics, videos, animations and interactive learning activities 
• Support the gathering and structuring of course content, test, and review e-learning modules
• Help in secretariate work including preparing agendas and drafting minutes
• Support preparation of reports, briefs and follow up action notes
• Provide general administrative assistance, such as scheduling, procurement, budgeting, coordination as needed.

About you:

• Be pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Business Analytics, Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Communication, Marketing or related field
• Graduating in Dec 2025 or May/Dec 2026
• Basic understanding of risk management principles
• Familiarity with data collection and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good understanding of multi-channel communication
• Strong analytical and story telling skills, creat impactful content
• Content creation and design communication programme
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
