As a public healthcare supply chain agency, ALPS partner with all 26 public healthcare institutions (PHIs) and polyclinics in designing and executing national-level end-to-end supply chain blueprint, improving Singapore public healthcare by ensuring quality yet affordable treatments and medications are brought to the community.

This internship offers students the opportunity to work on real-world data analytics projects, focusing on the use of Tableau to design dashboards that provide actionable insights. The intern will work closely with the Data Analytics team to build and optimize visualisations, explore innovative data presentation methods, and support supply chain analytics initiatives. This hands-on experience will help the intern develop practical skills in data visualisation, business intelligence tools, and supply chain metrics.

The selected intern will participate in, but is not limited to, the following:

• Design and improve Tableau dashboards to support business decision-making
• Provide daily support and maintenance for existing dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and usability
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and incorporate feedback
• Explore creative and effective ways to present data visually
• Support supply chain analytics initiatives through data visualization
• Document the dashboard development process and create user guides
• Participate in team discussions to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions

About you:

• Be pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field
• Graduating in Dec 2026 or May 2027
• Familiarity with data mining and statistical analysis techniques
• Basic proficiency in SQL / PL-SQL queries
• Introductory knowledge of programming languages such as R and Python
• Exposure to data visualization tools, especially Tableau
• Experience or coursework in data processing and cleaning
• Ability to document work clearly and effectively
• Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as UiPath is a plus
• Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
