The Entity Tech Planning Office (ETPO) is responsible for technology planning for healthcare entities (ie. healthcare clusters and agencies) on their long-term digital health ambitions, as well as with MOH for health sector-wide IT master planning.
ETPO also undertake topical tech planning assignments on new capability areas that will impact across entities or sector wide and analysis of the multi-year IT workplan demands and budget to support forward-looking plans for healthcare entities & agencies, MOH and Synapxe.
Lastly, ETPO plays a pivotal role in entities' stakeholders engagement & partnership so as to support Synapxe's ambition as a reference site for HealthTech leadership. The intern will be working under ETPO sub-teams (either supporting 1 or more specific clusters or MOH) to support them.
The selected intern will participate in, but is not limited to, the following:
- Managing overview and tracking of system roadmaps for the entities,
- Conduct of business needs analysis,
- Gather requirements, perform feasibility study, Testing, Integration as required
- Assignment for technology study, and
- General stakeholder engagement
About you:
- Be pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field
- Graduating in Dec 2025 or May/Dec 2026
- Familiar with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong business analytical skills
- Good service planning skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
