This project offers students a unique opportunity to engage directly with our daily finance operations, allowing them to gain valuable operational knowledge that will contribute to our process and workflow improvement initiatives. We are particularly interested in students who possess a foundational understanding of business intelligence and data visualization techniques.
- Support system go-live activities to ensure smooth transition and address initial implementation issues
- Facilitate change management and user training during system implementation
- Provide support in resolving operational issues to ensure smooth business processes
- Perform regular checks and validations to maintain operational accuracy and compliance
- Process Improvement Projects: Students will actively contribute to process improvement projects related to Fixed Assets (FA), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL) operations. This will involve analyzing current workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing enhancements to streamline operations.
Through this hands-on experience, students will not only apply their academic knowledge but also develop practical skills that are essential for a successful career in finance and accounting. They will gain insights into the intricacies of financial operations and contribute to meaningful improvements within Synapxe.
About you:
- Be pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline
- Graduating in Dec 2026 or May 2027
- Exhibits positive learning mindset, resourcefulness and resilience to work under pressure
- Adaptability to work on a constantly evolving environment
- Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven
- Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
