As a public healthcare supply chain agency, ALPS partner with all 26 public healthcare institutions (PHIs) and polyclinics in designing and executing national-level end-to-end supply chain blueprint, improving Singapore public healthcare by ensuring quality yet affordable treatments and medications are brought to the community.

 

Join us in our Synapxe ITMO (IT Managed Operations) remake project where we provide user training and guidance to users as we transit to the new ticketing tool and service desk. This involves preparation of simple user guides, tips, videos to enable users. The selected intern will also need to review tickets and create reports in ServiceNow for review, and support EUC team in BAU activities.

 

The selected interns will participate but not limited to the following:

  • Design and improve current day to day work processes using power platform (Power Automate, Power App and Power BI)
  • ITMO (IT Managed Operations) remake project support to provide user training and guidance post go live
  • Service request and incident ticket reporting, review, analysis, and follow-ups
  • Prepare IT user guides, tips and how-to videos
  • Assist EUC team in BAU end user email, teams, phone, and desk side support


Intern may need to travel to PHIs to support users (on a need-to basis). Most of the time intern will station at ALPS HQ and provide remote support where possible.

 

About you:

  • Be pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field
  • Graduating in May/Dec 2026 or May 2027
  • Familiar with ITIL process, particularly incident and request management
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Experience in Power Automate and Power App is an added advantage
  • Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
