Join the Strategy & Policy Office (SPO) to support internal communications that align with our organisational strategy and policy initiatives. You'll gain hands-on experience in strategic content creation, employee engagement, and communications measurement.

The selected intern will participate but not limited to the following:

Content Creation

• Draft engaging and compelling content for various internal communications channels and initiatives
• Collaborate with departments across the organisation to gather information and ensure consistent messaging
• Design and deliver communication collaterals for internal stakeholders

Employee Engagement Initiatives

• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement programmes and events
• Create publicity materials to promote programmes and drive employee participation

Feedback and Measurement

• Analyse and track the effectiveness of communication strategies to inform future initiatives and improvements

About you:

• Be pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Business, Communication or related discipline
• Graduating in Dec 2026 or May 2027
• Good command of language
• Content creation skills preferred
• Positive team player with an ownership mindset who can manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
