1. Context-Aware Generation:
   • Implement agents that can dynamically retrieve and generate information based on real-time context
   • Develop systems that can maintain and utilize conversation history for improved contextual understanding
2. Multi-Agent Collaboration:
   • Design architectures for multiple specialized agents working together in RAG workflows
   • Implement coordination mechanisms for efficient parallel query execution and orchestration
3. Adaptive Learning and Improvement:
   • Develop feedback  loops for continuous learning and system refinement
   • Implement mechanisms for agents to learn from user interactions and adapt decision-making processes
4. Multi-Modal Capabilities:
   • Integrate agents capable of handling various data types (i.e., text, images, etc)
   • Develop a system that can provide richer and more diverse responses across modalities"

About you:

• Be pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
• Graduating in Dec 2025 or May/Dec 2026
• Python Development: Adept in Python syntax, data structures, algorithms including familiarity with common python libraries, and ability to write clean, efficient, well-documented code
• Proficiency in back-end development with some exposure to Flask/Fast API
• GenAI Fundamentals: Experience with relevant tools and framework like OpenAI API, LangChain/Llama-Index or open source language models.
• Exposure with concepts and applications of Generative AI, i.e. Retrieval Augmented Generation.
• Development Tools Proficiency: Adept in using tools like VS Code for script development and Jupyter notebooks for exploratory analysis.
• Knowledge of version control with Git is valuable
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
