The selected intern(s) will:
- Develop collateral to showcase HealthTech initiatives and Synapxe Technologists that transform health and delivery of care.
- Support in recruitment branding and campaign, including competitor research.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of events, and ensure the smooth-running of activities for a positive participant experience.
- Support in the assessment of sponsorship requests and speakership opportunities
- Maintain and regularly update Synapxe database for events, distribution of collateral, and stakeholder engagement..
- Source the corporate gifts, and support in collateral distribution.
- Monitor and compile statistics for various reports, events and campaigns for analysis.
- Facilitate filming session and interviews.
- Any adhoc tasks as assigned to ensure smooth running operations of the projects.
About you:
- Be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Communications or related discipline
- Graduating in Dec 2025 or May/Dec 2026
- Excellent proficiency in the English language, both verbal and written. Proficiency in one other language (Chinese, Malay or Tamil) will be considered favorably.
- Has basic understanding of public relations and media relations practices.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
- Organised worker with attention to detail, ability to craft, proofread and edit content.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, stakeholder management skills and the ability to work well in a team.
