Fusion Portal is a tool developed internally that includes modules to assist staffs in Project and Operations in their day-to-day Business As Usual (BAU) activities. The aim of developing this portal is to improve productivity, achieve efficiency and reduce human prone errors through digitalization, systems integration and automation whenever feasible.

 

Elicit and analyze business requirements, user stories, develop training materials and conduct training, provide product briefing and specialist support.

 

About you:

  • Be pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems. or related discipline
  • Graduating in Dec 2025 or May/Dec 2026
  • Possess strong analytical skill and able to work under tight timelines
  • Good team player with strong communication skills with project teams, stakeholders, technical teams.
  • Proficiency in creating clear, structured documents for business requirements, training materials and support guides
  • Comfortable with preparing and delivering training sessions for users and conducting product briefings to ensure effective product adoption
  • Basic knowledge of Agile Methodologies 
  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to reimagine the future of HealthTech
