The selected interns will work closely with the Synapxe Legal department in support of its day-to-day activities and provision of assistance to the Synapxe Legal department in carrying out legal research and review of HealthTech related contracts, and other legal projects. 

This includes:

• conducting legal research, drafting and review
• analysis and due diligence of contracts
• creating automation in contract management
• providing other ad hoc assistance on legal matters as may be required

About you:

• Be pursuing a Bachelor in Laws or related discipline
• Strong interest in legal tech law
• Keen to experience working with an in-house legal department in HealthTech
• Proficient in MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel
• Possess strong analytical skill and able to work under tight timelines
• Good team player with strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
