The selected intern(s) will be part of our dynamic Corporate Communications team that shapes the organisation brand and position as the HealthTech leader in Singapore, inspiring tomorrow’s health. As member(s) of the Corporate Communications team, the intern(s) will assist the media managers in the development and execution of holistic integrated communications strategies that support the organisation's initiatives. 

 

The selected intern(s) will:

  • Engage relevant stakeholders and work together deliver strategic communications initiatives like storytelling, PR activities and marketing
  • Develop collateral to showcase HealthTech initiatives and Synapxe Technologists that transform health and delivery of care
  • Contribute to the creative planning and implementation of corporate-wide events 
  • Media monitoring to keep Synapxe staff apprised of the latest HealthTech and Healthcare local and global industry developments
  • Support in organising events and taking care of media event logistics to achieve the organisation’s objectives and ensure positive participant experience
  • Monitor data of our media reports and publicity activities within and beyond Synapxe
  • Maintain and regularly update several databases for media events, knowledge management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Create and update presentations for stakeholder engagement 
  • Any adhoc tasks, as assigned to ensure smooth running operations of the projects


About you:

 

  • Be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Communications or related discipline
  • Graduating in Dec 2025 or May/Dec 2026
  • Excellent proficiency in the English language, both verbal and written. Proficiency in one other language (Chinese, Malay or Tamil) is preferred to assist with the processing of media articles in vernacular languages
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and design/video editing software
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and emotional sensitivity
  • Organised worker with attention to detail
  • Positive team player with an ownership mind-set, and able to multi-task in a dynamic environment, yet able to work independently.
