Sequential data is important and rich in healthcare which covers ECG, heart beats, speech, and gene sequences. This project aims to explore the cutting-edge AI/ML techniques to unlock the potential of sequential data for risk detection and prediction.
The selected intern will assist in the following:
- Exploratory data analysis on heart beat/ECG dataset
- Design methodology on analyzing and predicting Atrial Fibrillation
- Conduct experiments by hyperparameter tuning/model exploration
- Conduct post model training analysis using explainable AI
About you:
- Be pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science or related discipline
- Graduating in Dec 2025 or May/Dec 2026
- Proficient in python and experienced with AI/ML deep learning related libraries
- Experience with time-series data analysis and deep learning modelling
- Good understanding of AI/ML technical concepts
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a constantly evolving environment
- Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
