The selected intern will join Synapxe Finance team and partake in the following:

 

Balance Sheet Review and Clearance of Aged Items

  • Conduct a thorough review of the balance sheet to identify and clear old aged items.
  • Implement a structured workflow to enhance process efficiency and ensure timely follow-ups.

 

Process Improvement Workflow

  • Collaborate to establish a streamlined workflow aimed at improving overall processes.
  • Focus on creating a more effective format for the balance sheet schedule review.

 

Cash Flow Dashboard Enhancement

  • Work on improving the cash flow dashboard for better visibility and analysis.
  • Transaction Validation and Workflow Proposal
  • Assist in validating transactions to ensure accuracy.
  • Propose a new workflow that supports process improvements and enhances operational efficiency

About you:

  • Be pursuing a Degree in Finance or Accountancy or related discipline

  • Graduating in Dec 2025 or May/Dec 2026

  • Have deep interest in developing analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

  • Keen interest in Finance, IT and Healthcare

  • Demonstrate familiarity with financial software and tools (e.g. SAP, Tableau)

  • Possess basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts

  • Self-motivated with ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
