This internship offers a unique opportunity for individuals interested in the convergence of healthcare and technology. The intern will collaborate closely with the team responsible for the Health Hub app, a comprehensive platform that enables users to access various health services and manage their health records. This role is crucial in enhancing user experience and ensuring that the app effectively meets the needs of its users.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. User Feedback Collection:
    • Create and administer surveys to gather valuable feedback from users, which will guide future app developments and enhancements.
  2. User Advocate Management:
    • Engage with product user advocates to build a community and collect insights that can improve the app's functionality and user satisfaction.
  3. Demand Management:
    • Analyze user and stakeholder feedback to manage and prioritize app features and updates based on demand.
  4. Data Strategy Support:
    • Assist in data strategy initiatives, utilizing knowledge and skills in data analytics to support informed decision-making
  5. Detail Orientation:
    • Maintain a detail-oriented approach to ensure that all aspects of user feedback and app management are thoroughly addressed, contributing to the overall success of the Health Hub app.


About you:

  • Be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accountancy or related discipline
  • Graduating in Dec 2025 or May/Dec 2026
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret user feedback and market trends to inform product decisions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with users and stakeholders.
  • A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in surveys, data analysis, and app management.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools and software, as well as basic understanding of app development processes.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Keen interest to improve user experience and understanding user needs in the healthcare context.
  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
