The Network Automation internship focuses on creating an automated IP Address Management (IPAM) solution to streamline IP subnet management for network administrators. The core project involves designing, programming, and implementing a complete IPAM automation system integrated with ServiceNow. This system will allow administrators to efficiently manage IP subnets by enabling the addition, deletion, and modification of subnet records through an automated interface in ServiceNow, ensuring data consistency and real-time updates across network resources.

Over the internship, the selected intern will experience the full lifecycle of IPAM automation, from planning, initial design to programming, testing, and deployment. The primary objective is to develop a ServiceNow-based solution that empowers network administrators to handle IPAM records with ease—adding, removing, and updating IP subnets without manual intervention. This program provides interns with hands-on experience in designing and implementing network automation processes that drive operational efficiency.

Participant(s) in this internship will build expertise in several key areas:

• Practical experience creating automated workflows to manage network resources efficiently
• Deepened understanding of IPAM principles and practices, along with the technical know-how to implement an IPAM system
• Advanced skill-building in Python programming, focusing on automation, error handling, and integration with network tools
• Mastery in using REST APIs to connect and automate tasks in ServiceNow, facilitating seamless network management processes
• Hands-on experience using Ansible Tower for infrastructure as code, focusing on automating IPAM tasks

About you:

• Be pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline
• Graduating in Dec 2025 or May/Dec 2026

• Knowlege of data networking concepts, IP addressing, subnetting, and IPAM

• Knowledge of Ansible Tower for configuration management and deployment automation is preferred

• Proficient in automation scripts and tool integration

• Ability to work with REST APIs to connect and interact with various platforms, especially ServiceNow

• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Possess strong leadership qualities with good verbal and written communications skills

• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
