This project focuses on the management of an online survey system designed to facilitate the collection of data regarding the time healthcare professionals spend on various patient care activities across all healthcare institutions. The system aims to aggregate this data to support manpower cost computation within a costing framework.

 

Objectives:


To assist the project manager in overseeing the following tasks:

 

  • Liaise with stakeholders to manage the development and implementation of changes in the application system, including conducting testing/verification and developing scripts for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Support survey administrators during the launch of surveys.

 

Key Responsibilities:


Project Enhancements

 

  • Engage in policy changes and accommodate additional business requirements as they arise. 

 

User Requirements Scoping

 

  • Conduct research on user business processes, identify problem areas, gather detailed user requirements and draft detailed functions specifications to ensure user needs.

 

System Integration Testing

 

  • Ensure traceability between test cases and business requirements, assess system usability, and track issues until they are resolved.

 

User Training

 

  • Organize training sessions for users and prepare necessary training materials to facilitate effective use of the system.

 

Implementation

 

  • Ensure a successful rollout of the system and provide post-go-live support to address any issues that may arise.

 

Liaison

 

  • Act as a bridge between business users and the technical team to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.

 

 

About you:

  • Be pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline
  • Graduating in Dec 2025 or May/Dec 2026
  • Possess business analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with project management and SDLC concepts
  • Good team player with strong communication skills with project teams, stakeholders, senior management, and contractors including both technical and non-technical personnel
  • A passion for improving user experience and understanding user needs in the healthcare context
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
