The intern will contribute to the project and product management of the Cloud Automation Portal by creating a feature roadmap and streamlining the delivery process for managing scope, time, and cost while analyzing demand.


Key Responsibilities

 

  1. Manage Product Roadmap and Feature Delivery:
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines key features and timelines
    • Prioritize features based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
  2. Incident and Problem Management:
    • Assist in identifying, logging, and tracking incidents and problems related to the Cloud Automation Portal.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely resolution and documentation of incidents.
  3. Manage Project Execution Using Agile Methodology:
    • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
    • Help facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to ensure project milestones are met.
  4. Manage Internal and External Stakeholders:
    • Engage with internal teams and external partners to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress
    • Foster strong relationships to ensure alignment and support for project objectives.
  5. Manage Scope, Time, and Cost During Project Execution;
    • Monitor project scope to prevent scope creep and ensure alignment with project goals
    • Track project timelines and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
  6. Manage Product Quality, Plan Production Implementation, and Post-Support:
    • Ensure that product quality standards are met throughout the development process.
    • Plan for production implementation, including deployment strategies and user training.
    • Provide post-implementation support to address any issues and gather user feedback for future improvements.

 


About you:

  • Be pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems or related discipline
  • Graduating in Dec 2025 or May/Dec 2026
  • Knowledge in software development life cycle
  • Knowledge in Project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
  • Knowledge in business process review and feature incubation
  • Stakeholder management and third-party integration skills preferred
  • Good team player with strong communication skills with project teams, stakeholders, senior management, and contractors including both technical and non-technical personnel
  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
