Assistant Manager - Data Conversion (NGEMR)

Position Overview

This role will work on NGEMR data conversion projects, managing field/content mapping, data extraction, analysis, conversion, testing, loading and support for multiple sites.

Role & Responsibilities

• Understand healthcare operations and workflows that affects data capturing and documentation
• Manage data extraction and conversion from legacy to NGEMR system, ensure data converted is accurate 
• Follow NGEMR Data Conversion Methodology to lead the execution of data conversion projects
• Assist the development of data conversion project plans 
• Collaborate with project stakeholders and teams to drive the data conversion process
• Adhere to project timeline and deliverables planned
• Report project progress and status in a timely manner
• Support NGEMR go-lives, investigate and fix issues

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Science;
• System integration and interfacing via HL7/SFTP/DICOM experience;
• Good database and SQL knowledge;
• Good communication skills;
• Broad and in-depth healthcare domain knowledge;
• Able to understand and analyze complex workflow scenarios;
• Able to manage and drive multiple projects concurrently;
• Detailed, self-motivated, positive thinking, team player.
