Assistant Manager - Project Analyst (Pharmacy)

Position Overview

We are hiring a potential project analyst to lead and support projects within Pharmacy domain. The candidate should have a strong foundation in project management combined with strong understanding of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity practices. 

Role & Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving the successful delivery of medium/large project or multiple small projects within a business domain or cross functional projects.  
• Ensures the project is well planned, on-track, resolves issues across different functions immediately and mitigates any potential risks early to avoid project failure.  
• Leads and drive cross functional teams, works in collaboration and co-ordinates with business users, internal and external teams, and vendors to ensure project is succesfully completed within budget & scope, on time and with quality.
• Provides regular progress update to key stakeholders and management, and escalate issues for resolution in a timely manner and participates in annual workplanning and manage the estimation of budget for new demands.  
• Possess strong project management and people management skills. - likes to pursue excellence and new knowledge, and actively impact new knowledge and skills to others.   
• Has good communication skills, is a competent negotiator, demonstrates resiliency, good at problem solving and able to engage & influence effectively both the internal and external stakeholders.   
• Oversee and manage project team to develop the detailed requirements and deliverables as agreed within the scope of the project 
• Develop the detailed project activities and schedule, identify dependency and critical path  
• Drive and monitor the project activities, schedule and deadlines to ensure timely delivery 
• Manage any slippage in project activities & schedule, manage interdependent activities and adjust schedules to ensure the overall project objectives and deadlines can be met 
• Guide the project team to develop the Quality Assurance framework for the project, including a overall Test Plan 
• Plan and deliver the project in accordance to the processes, procedures and responsibilities under the Quality Management System for Project Management Methodology  
• Ensure all the deliverables and testing meet the agreed requirements through the use of a Requirement Traceability Matrix  
• Ensure all the deliverables comply with policy stated in the HealthTech Instruction Manual, for examples, the Security and Data Management Policy 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other highly technical, scientific discipline 
• At least 5 -6 years’ experience in developing, implementing and maintaining IT systems and 5 years in project management
• Strong Knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needs. 
• Proven client engagement experience / vendor management experience and project management 
• Strong analytical and soft skills, excellent in client-facing role 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Proactive self-starter with an analytical and creative mind 
• Result and customer oriented with multi-tasking capabilities. 
• Experience in Healthcare Industry or Pharmaceutical Industry is an added advantage
