Executive - System Analyst (NGEMR)

Position Overview

The Associate Business Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems within healthcare organisations. The primary responsibility will be to ensure that the EMR systems meet the needs of healthcare providers and improve patient care. 

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and optimisation of EMR systems
• Gather and analyse user requirements to enhance system functionality
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and challenges
• Conduct testing and validation of new features and updates in the EMR system
• Develop user documentation and training materials for staff
• Provide support and troubleshooting for EMR-related issues
• Monitor system performance and suggest improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or IT equivalent
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Experience in healthcare industry is an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills, particularly within the user group with which they will work to facilitate decisions and find solutions even amidst disagreeing stakeholders 
• Adaptability/flexibility with respect to changing end-user business needs
