ITE Internship Oct'26 to Sep'27 - Enhancements and Improvements for Central Ops Team

You will be part of our L2 Support team to gain practical experience in application management, incident resolution, and process automation within a production environment.

The selected intern will participate but not limited to the following:

• Complete mandatory cybersecurity training covering Risk Management and PDPA compliance requirements
• Collaborate with the L2 Support team on application management, user queries, incident resolution, and Service Request workflows
• Assist with user onboarding, offboarding, and User Access Management (UAM) processes
• Handle incident tickets and service requests, investigating issues and communicating solutions to users and stakeholders
• Generate and analyse performance data to identify optimization opportunities and enhance application efficiency
• Develop automation processes to streamline manual tasks and improve operational efficiency
• Support testing of bug fixes and facilitate production deployment approval

About you:

• Be pursuing Higher Nitec in Cyber & Network Security or related discipline
• Graduating in Dec 2027
• Strong foundation in statistical analysis techniques
• Proficiency in SQL/PL-SQL for database querying and data manipulation
• Programming experience in Python or similar languages
• Hands-on experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Oracle Analytics Server, Tableau)
• Familiarity with ETL pipelines and data processing methodologies
• Understanding of application testing methodologies including UAT, SIT, and regression testing
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management frameworks
• Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven
• Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
