We are looking for intern(s) to join our Data Analytics & AI Department, supporting our Operations team in automation, data analysis, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.

 
The selected intern(s) will assist in following:
 
L2 Support Collaboration
  • Work alongside the L2 Support team to understand application management processes and support operations
  • Assist in handling user queries, incidents, and service requests
  • Gain exposure to incident, problem, and change management workflows
 
User Management
  • Support user onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Assist with User Access Management (UAM) reviews and access governance processes
 
Incident and Service Management
  • Handle incident tickets and service requests for supported applications
  • Investigate issues, coordinate with stakeholders, and provide timely updates on resolution progress
 
Performance Analysis and Reporting
  • Generate, consolidate, and analyse operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Develop reports and dashboards to support monitoring of application and operational performance
 
Testing and Deployment Support
  • Assist in testing bug fixes and system enhancements
  • Support deployment activities and approval processes for production releases
 
Process Automation and Improvement
  • Develop automation solutions to streamline manual operational processes
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, enhance service quality, and reduce operational risks
 
Documentation and Knowledge Management
  • Maintain operational documentation, procedures, and knowledge repositories
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by documenting lessons learnt and recommended enhancements
 
About You:
  • Be pursuing Higher Nitec in Business Information Systems, Data Engineering, IT Systems and Networks or related discipline
  • Strong foundation in statistical analysis techniques
  • Proficiency in SQL/PL-SQL for database querying and data manipulation
  • Programming experience in Python or similar languages
  • Hands-on experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Oracle Analytics Server, Tableau)
  • Familiarity with ETL pipelines and data processing methodologies
  • Understanding of application testing methodologies including UAT, SIT, and regression testing
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management frameworks
  • Independent, fast learner, and self-driven
  • Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
