The selected intern(s) will assist in following:
Site Readiness and Deployment Support
- Support site readiness assessments to ensure systems and equipment are deployment-ready
- Work with team members to verify setup requirements and implementation schedules
Hardware Validation and Asset Verification
- Perform functionality checks on workstations, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices to ensure they are ready for deployment and use
- Gather, verify, and maintain accurate information on IT assets across various sites to support implementation and testing activities
Testing and Rehearsal Activities
- Assist in managing and conducting Technical Dress Rehearsals (TDR), Full Dress Rehearsals (FDR), and Final Verification (FV) activities
Coordination and Stakeholder Support
- Assist in coordinating engineers’ schedule, activities, and attendance to support project implementation and testing activities
- Participate in meetings with users and SPOCs to coordinate TDR schedules and activities
Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare presentation materials and project status updates for weekly team meetings
Go-Live Support
- Provide on-site or remote support during system go-live activities
- Support the project team in ensuring a smooth transition to the NGEMR system
About you:
- Be pursuing Higher Nitec in Business Information Systems, Data Engineering, IT Systems & Networks, or a related discipline
- Knowledge of ITIL processes, Windows OS installation and setup, and user profile management
- Familiar with Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail
- Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven
- Good team player with strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
