Our role is to ensure the smooth implementation of the programme at various healthcare institutions by performing application and hardware testing.

The selected intern will participate in, but is not limited to, the following:

• Preparation work of site engagement
• Perform site readiness and assessment
• Functionality check of the workstations, printers, peripherals and mobile devices
• Gathering/Verification of Workstation and printer information from various sites
• Managing/Conducting Technique Dress Rehearsal (TDR)
• Managing a group of engineers schedule and activities, attendance
• Workgroup meetings with users/SPOC to plan out the TDR schedule and activities
• Preparation of presentation slides (weekly Team/Project team meeting update)
• Full Dress Rehearsal (FDR), Final Verification (FV) & Go-live Support

About you:

• Be pursuing Higher Nitec in Cyber & Network Security or related discipline
• Graduating in Dec 2027
• Familiarity with ITIL process
• Knowledge of Windows OS installation and setup, handling user profile
• Microsoft 365 suite
• Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven
• Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
