We are looking for intern(s) to join our Data Analytics & AI Department, supporting initiatives to enhance incident management, service desk operations, and user experience through automation and process improvement.
 
 
The selected intern(s) will assist in following:
 
Chatbot Development
  • Design and develop a chatbot to provide users with instant responses to common IT support queries
  • Assist in maintaining chatbot content and knowledge resources
 
Incident and Service Management
  • Support the automation of ticket creation and assignment processes
  • Handle incident tickets and service requests for supported applications
 
Dashboard and Reporting
  • Assist in creating a real-time performance dashboard to monitor incident volumes, response times, and team workload
 
About you:
  • Be pursuing Higher Nitec in Business Information Systems, Data Engineering, IT Systems & Networks, or a related discipline
  • Some experience or interest in building or integrating chatbots and dashboards
  • Basic programming or scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
  • Keen to learn and gain hands-on experience with IT service management tools and processes , and workflow automation to solve operational challenges
  • Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven
  • Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
