Junior Business Analyst - Innovation (Cluster Office)

Position Overview

This role is required to identify, prototype, and implement suitable innovation solutions to fit within existing landscape. This role would also contribute to continuous improvement, documentation, and knowledge sharing of digital tools that would improve NHG workforce productivity and foster a culture of learning and innovation within NHG.

Role & Responsibilities

• Identify suitable solutions and assess the feasibility to fit within existing landscape or define phased implementations to achieve time-to-market and quick return of investment
• Work closely with central infra team to set up sandbox for prototyping and with central application teams identify how the solution will fit into existing landscape
• Build prototypes and proof-of-concept to validate ideas and demonstrate the feasibility of new concepts
• Conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate the suitability of different technologies and frameworks for innovation projects
• Create and maintain documentation on digital tools that would improve NHG workforce productivity and foster a culture of learning and innovation within NHG. 
• Strong analytical skills will be needed to identify problems, ideate with users and generate opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline.
• 1-5 years of experience in relevant working fields
• Basic infrastructure knowledge (servers, network and end-user computing devices).
• Experience in the healthcare industry is an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with different groups of stakeholders.
• Highly driven and proactive mindset.
• Team player and self-starter able to work independently with minimal supervision
