Lead Analyst - RPA PM (Digital platform)

Position Overview

We are hiring a potential Lead Analyst (Manager) for our digital platform team.

The work will involve

• RPA project management and business analysis
• driving the successful and timely completion of all RPA initiatives
• acting as the single point of contact for RPA related activities.

This role may require leading a team of business analysts.
 

Role & Responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact for all RPA matters
• End-to-end Project management of multiple concurrent projects including reporting
• Identify and assess RPA opportunities
• Facilitate business prioritisation and grow the automation pipeline
• Conduct user requirements workshops for process analysis and documentation
• Manage team and related logistics & RPA systems including architecture
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors as required
• Drafting of PDD and ensuring timely sign-off
• Working with developers on SDD
• Support all CR & RPA bug fixes
• Manage risk, mitigation and contingency
• Address any impediments in the lifecycle

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in IT, Business or related disciplines
• RPA SME with working experience with RPA for enterprise IT environments
• Certification in any RPA Tools (AA, BluePrism, Kryon, UiPath, etc)
• Solid project management skills
• Good understanding of the SDLC
• Knowledge in process improvement, design thinking, lean six sigma or equivalent
• Knowledge in Agile/ Scrum methodology
• Experience with handling of audit matters and IT security risks
• Good professional written and verbal communication skills
• Work independently and proceed with objectives without supervision
• Ability to cope in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Cloud experience is advantageous
