Position Overview
This role delivers ZTNA projects under Enterprise PMO governance, ensuring alignment with programme objectives, timelines, budgets, and security standards. It coordinates end-to-end ZTNA implementation and migration from LAN/VPN access, working closely with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. The role manages project plans, risks, compliance, documentation, and reporting to ensure smooth delivery, operational readiness, and minimal business disruption. It also supports change adoption, stakeholder communication, and incident response while contributing to strengthened security controls and policy adherence.
This is a 2 year Direct Contract role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver assigned ZTNA projects or workstreams under the governance of the Enterprise PMO and ZTNA Programme Manager.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and delivery artefacts, ensuring alignment with approved programme objectives, scope, timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate and execute ZTNA implementation activities, working closely with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders within defined architecture and security standards.
- Manage project-level delivery of migration activities from LAN- and VPN-based access to ZTNA, ensuring operational readiness and minimal business disruption.
- Track and control project milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and resources, ensuring timely execution and early identification of delivery risks.
- Identify, assess and manage project-level risks and issues, escalating material concerns with clear impact assessment and mitigation recommendations.
- Ensure project compliance with PMO governance requirements, including documentation standards, reporting cadence, change control and assurance checkpoints.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, decisions, changes and status reports.
- Support business change and adoption activities, including coordination of training sessions, stakeholder communications and transition to operations.
- Monitor and report on project contributions to security controls and policy adherence, providing structured updates to programme leadership.
- Support response and recovery activities during security incidents or operational issues, as directed by programme leadership.
- Provide regular, clear project status updates to sponsors, programme leadership, and stakeholders, managing expectations and dependencies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5–7 years of experience in project management or PMO delivery roles, preferably within technology, cybersecurity, infrastructure or digital transformation initiatives.
- Hands‑on experience delivering complex IT or security projects within structured governance environments.
- Solid experience managing project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and dependencies.
- Familiarity with PMO standards and controls, including reporting, change management, RAID management, and delivery assurance.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors within agreed scope, timeline and budget constraints
