Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on and technically proficient engineer to manage and enhance Synapxe’s observability platform, focusing on monitoring, metrics, logging, and visualization systems. This role is critical for ensuring reliable infrastructure performance across enterprise-level, mission-critical systems. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in server and network-related technologies, along with a passion for leveraging automation, programming, and emerging technologies to optimize monitoring and observability solutions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Platform Development & Integration: Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to design and develop the Synapxe observability platform, incorporating monitoring, metrics, logging, and AI/ML functionalities.
- Infrastructure Onboarding: Partner with internal stakeholders to integrate existing infrastructure devices into the observability platform.
- Anomaly Detection & Self-Healing: Conceptualize and implement early anomaly detection, pattern analysis, self-healing mechanisms, infrastructure resizing, noise reduction, and outage prediction.
- Visualization & Reporting: Develop and maintain data visualizations, providing unified views for infrastructure and security. Support end-users in report customization and dashboard creation to enhance data insights.
- Technical Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for platform users, ensuring comprehensive documentation for seamless user experiences.
Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in enterprise-level infrastructure environments.
- At least 2 years’ experience with enterprise-level monitoring or logging technologies.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in server or network-related technologies.
- At least 1 year of experience in programming and scripting.
Skills:
- Strong technical expertise in infrastructure monitoring, logging, and visualization tools.
- Solid knowledge of server and network-related technologies and automation.
- Proficiency in programming and scripting languages for automation.
- Strong troubleshooting, pattern analysis, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to dynamic challenges.
