Position Overview
We are looking for a candidate who will build and sustain strategic partnerships to drive programme delivery and organisational impact. The successful candidate will combine partnership and stakeholder experience with strong communication, programme delivery skills and sound governance awareness.
This is a 2 years Direct Contract with Synapxe.
Role & Responsibilities
Ecosystem Intelligence & Market Sensing
- Monitor and analyse emerging healthtech and digital-health trends, companies and ecosystem developments locally and globally to identify opportunities and risks.
- Conduct targeted market and technology scans, building and maintaining intelligence on companies, capabilities and engagement opportunities that align to healthcare needs and innovation themes.
- Translate ecosystem intelligence into concise, business-focused insights and recommendations to inform partnership priorities, programme design and industry engagement.
Programmes & Activation
- Design and deliver targeted industry programmes and activation events (showcases, workshops, HealthX platforms), translating ecosystem insights and healthcare priorities into relevant themes, content and participant line-ups.
- Build and sustain an engaged industry community, capture insights from events, and channel opportunities into partnerships or innovation pathways while continuously refining activations based on feedback and intelligence.
- Manage end-to-end programme delivery, including stakeholder coordination, procurement, agreements and other internal processes to ensure successful execution and measurable outcomes.
Contracts & Partnerships Operations
- Coordinate end-to-end partnership contracting with external partners and internal teams (legal, procurement, finance and business stakeholders) to support smooth negotiation, sign-off and execution.
- Maintain a central repository of contract records and continuously improve partnership processes, templates and governance for efficiency and compliance.
- Provide practical guidance on common partnership structures (e.g., master collaboration agreements, NDAs) and advise stakeholders on appropriate contracting pathways and next steps.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Technology, Innovation or equivalent.
- 7+ years of experience in market intelligence, innovation, business development, partnerships, or related role.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market and technology developments into actionable insights.
- Good understanding of, or strong interest in Healthtech, digital health and willing to learn and pick up a broad diverse range of knowledge and skillsets beyond your established competencies.
- Ability to navigate organizational processes and work effectively with internal functions to support the delivery of programmes and partnership initiatives.
- Self-driven and comfortable working across independent analytical work and collaborative stakeholder-facing activities.
- Knowledge in healthcare, technology and/or innovation pathway, is an added advantage.
