Gain hands-on experience in implementing the National Billing System (NBS), a large-scale healthcare platform used across Singapore's public healthcare institutions. You will support data migration, testing, deployment activities, and stakeholder coordination while gaining exposure to healthcare systems implementation and project delivery. NBS is using SAP Product, Billing and Revenue Innovation Management, which interns will be exposed to during the course of internship.
 

The selected intern(s) will assist in following:

 

  • Support data migration activities, including pre-load and post-load validation of data
  • Assist in Full Dress Rehearsal (FDR), and defect tracking activities
  • Participate in Technical Dress Rehearsals (TDRs) and deployment readiness exercises for NBS-related systems and devices
  • Coordinate user verification sessions and follow up with vendors on issue resolution and testing outcomes
  • Support deployment and cutover activities, including logistics coordination, data extraction, and user support sessions
  • Assist in project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination throughout the implementation lifecycle
 

About You:

 

  • Final-year diploma student pursuing Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related disciplines
  • Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) concepts and testing methodologies
  • Basic understanding of System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), or regression testing
  • Interest in healthcare systems implementation, business analysis, or project delivery
  • Exposure to SAP systems, data migration, or enterprise applications is advantageous
  • Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven
  • Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech

 

Interns will be required to travel to Public Healthcare Institutions (PHIs) as part of the role.
