Gain hands-on experience in process automation and digital transformation initiatives. You will develop and enhance automation workflows, improve operational efficiency, and explore technologies such as RPA, workflow automation, and intelligent document processing.
The selected intern(s) will assist in the following:
- Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
- Develop and maintain automation workflows for email processing, website transactions, document handling, and data validation activities
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and enhancement of existing automation solutions
- Assist in workflow documentation, process mapping, and user requirement gathering
- Perform data validation and reporting activities using Microsoft Excel and automation tools
- Explore new automation technologies and propose solutions to improve operational efficiency
About You:
- Final-year diploma student pursuing Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related disciplines
- Basic understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with testing methodologies such as SIT, UAT, or regression testing
- Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, or data analysis concepts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel andSharePoint
- Exposure to Power App, Power Automate, Copilot, UiPath, BluePrism, or automation tools is advantageous
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organised, and willing to learn in a dynamic project environment
- Interested in healthcare technology, digital transformation, and AI innovation
- Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven
