About the role:

As an intern, you will assist your supervisor in various key areas:
1.    Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

• Gather business and data requirements.
• Analyze and translate these requirements into technical and functional specifications.
• Develop hands-on experience in data analytics and create dashboards to improve hospital operations where applicable.
• Propose actionable solutions that align with the hospital's business needs, focusing on areas such as patient flows, hospital capacity planning, and resource allocation.

2.    Support Project Management:

• Utilize agile methodology to assist in managing projects effectively.

3.    Research Innovative IT Products:

• Evaluate various innovative IT products and tools to meet business needs.

4.    Streamline Processes:

• Solicit feedback from the business to enhance and streamline processes and workflows.

About you:

• Be pursuing a Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
• Graduating in May 2026
• Familiarity with Agile methodology in project management
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with different stakeholders
• Innovative, proactive and multi-tasker with an inquisitive mind
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
