Project: AI-Driven Automation and Dashboard Development for Enhanced IT Operations and Security Management

 

The objective of internship is to leverage AI and automation technologies to streamline and critical functions such as managing routine operational tasks, security processes, and vulnerability management efficiently. The selected candidate will work on developing intelligent knowledge bases, AI-powered chatbots, and interactive dashboards to support seamless IT operations and security management. By automating workflows such as whitelist requests and vulnerability reporting, and digitizing security incident playbooks, he / she will contribute to building a more cohesive, responsive, and secure operational environment. 
 

The selected intern will participate in, but is not limited to, the following:

 
Research and Analysis:
  • Understand existing KTLO (Keep The Lights On) processes and workflows across various systems.
  • Analyze common user requests and security incident management procedures.
 
Knowledge Base and AI Chatbot Development:
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for KTLO processes and chatbots to handle common IT queries using AI tools for a cohesive operational support.
 
Dashboard Creation:
  • Develop interactive dashboards to display project information, stakeholder details, maintenance contracts, software inventories, and vulnerability data (e.g., CVE tracking).
 
Process Automation:
  • Automate workflows such as HVB whitelist requests and EVMS vulnerability assessment reporting to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
 
Security Incident Playbook Enhancement:
  • Digitize and integrate security incident playbooks into a streamlined digital workflow for better incident management.
 
Proof of Concept (POC) Development:
  • Explore and implement POCs using platforms like MS Power Platform and GenAI to demonstrate potential improvements.
 

About you:

  • Be pursuing a Diploma in Infocomm & Security, Information Technology, Applied AI and Analytics;Cybersecurity & Digital Forensics or related discipline
  • Graduating in May 2027
  • Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.
  • Experience with chatbot development or conversational AI platforms.
  • Familiarity with dashboard and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of workflow automation tools such as MS Power Platform or similar.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • An active team player who forms relationships and communicates with others effectively to support the delivery of optimal solutions.
  • Exhibit leadership qualities with good verbal and written communications skills
  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
