The selected candidate will learn and understand end-to-end process of automation within a regulated industry; be challenged to innovate and improve existing processes to increase productivity within the healthcare landscape. He/she should be a self-motivated individual, able to think out-of-box and possess passion on latest software technologies/scripting/programming. Basic security knowledge will be a plus. The project's objective increase process efficiency for healthcare workers, to achieve more outcomes in the same time frame by digesting new business processes and creating projects to automate menial or manual tasks
 
With an understanding of the current healthcare landscape, focusing on Medical Device and Operational Technology (MDOT), finance, human resources, and data, the selected candidate will aid in automating processes and proposing innovative solutions to improve existing workflows. He/she will be exposed to real Public Healthcare Institution (PHI) operations and aid in improving the quality of National Healthcare services.
 
To do so, the selected candidate will first need to understand the current business workflow and logic before translating requirements into automation flows. He/she can look forward to optimizing the entire automation chain to improve operational productivity and implement technical solutions. Programming skillsets may include, but are not limited to, RPA, UiPath, Power Automate, PowerShell, Python, OpenGov/GovTech automation tools, and other M365 tools.

Candidates with security knowledge may look forward to learning, designing, and building secure code into a new optimized workflow.
 

About you:

  • Be pursuing a Diploma in Business Information Systems, Applied AI and Analytics, Information Technology or related discipline
  • Graduating in May 2027
  • Self-motivated and possesses good degree of analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and adhere to set deadlines
  • Innovative, proactive and a multi-tasker with an inquisitive mind
  • Experience running own projects, planning own projects or with business operations is a plus
  • Good team player with strong communication skills with project teams, stakeholders, senior management, and contractors including both technical and non-technical personnel
  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
