The selected intern will collaborate with the cybersecurity operations team to enhance and align existing processes with current business operations. This internship provides hands-on practical experience through automating operational tasks, improving existing processes and scripts, and supporting reporting activities in Excel and PowerPoint formats.
The selected intern will participate in, but is not limited to, the following:

Understand the business's current vulnerability assessment operation model and process.

Improve the existing process and update the document to align with our operation.

Assist the reporting officer to ensure team members follow the process in executing their operation tasks.

Supporting the team with troubleshooting requests and handling tickets for current business operations.

Take up any new request to integrate the vulnerability tool with other tools.

Take up new requests from team members to improve or automate current operation processes (eliminate manual tasks and improve efficiency).

Work with team members for reporting purposes.

Be involved in other tasks, such as new ad hoc requirements for the business.
About you:

Be pursuing a Diploma in Cybersecurity & Digital Forensics, Infocomm & Security, Information Technology, or a related discipline

Graduating in May 2027

Basic knowledge of Python scripting, with familiarity using libraries such as Pandas or Polars

Familiarity with database concepts, including experience with MSSQL or similar database systems

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong problem-solving skills, coupled with good communication skills and confidence in sharing ideas
- Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
