In healthcare operations and policy analysis, managing and interpreting vast amounts of data is crucial. This project focuses on developing a dynamic, user-friendly web template that integrates with AI/GenAI models and healthcare data. The solution aims to assist policy analysts and operations teams in making informed decisions through intelligent analytics such as demand projection and message classification. Leveraging popular web frameworks, the project will also involve deploying the application on Government Commercial Cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure. This hands-on opportunity is ideal for students interested in applying cutting-edge AI technologies and web development skills to solve real-world problems in healthcare demand projection.
 
The selected intern will participate in, but is not limited to, the following:
 
Role #1: Front-end development
  • Web Template Design and Development: Create interactive and user-friendly web interfaces using frameworks like ReactJS, Angular, Django, or Flask.
  • Cloud Deployment: Deploy and optimize the application on Government Commercial Cloud environments (AWS and Azure), ensuring security and scalability.
  • Collaboration and Iteration: Engage with team members to refine requirements, implement user feedback, and enhance the solution’s usability and effectiveness.
 
Role #2: Back-end development
  • Business Logic Design and Integration: Implement healthcare demand project model based on business users’ input.
  • AI/GenAI Model Integration: Integrate AI-powered analytics capabilities, enabling functionalities such as demand projection and request classification.
  • Healthcare Data Modeling: Build a healthcare data model to meet the needs for demand projection.

 

About you:

  • Be pursuing a Diploma in Applied AI and Analytics, Computer Engineering, Infocomm & Security, Information Technology or related discipline
  • Graduating in May 2027
  • Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with web development frameworks and cloud platforms.
  • AI Integration: Practical knowledge of working with AI/LLM models and embedding them into functional web applications.
  • Data Analytics: Exposure to healthcare data processing, analytics, and visualization techniques.
  • Problem-Solving: Develop solutions for real-world challenges in healthcare policy and operations.
  • Strong communication with various stakeholders
  • Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
