Join us to collaborate with the Digital Communications and Corporate Communications teams to ideate and create engaging content that informs, educates, and entertains audiences, raising awareness of Synapxe's key programmes while supporting marketing and employer branding goals. Your work will strengthen the organisation's communications efforts in building trust with the public healthcare sector and the general public.
- To support planning and execution of always-on content creation for Synapxe’s digital and social media channels, e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Blog
- Work alongside Digital Comms team and other Corporate Comms teams to help create content that educates and entertains our audiences, to raise awareness of Synapxe and its key programmes, demonstrate how we drive innovation in the healthtech sector, support marketing and employer branding goals, and build trust
- Create shareable content appropriate for specific social media networks to spread both our brand and our content
- Measure performance of campaigns and content against corporate objectives and make recommendations for improvement
About you:
- Be pursuing a Diploma in Communication, Business or related field
- Graduating in May 2027
- Familiarity with various aspects of content creation and the latest trends on social media is an advantage.
- Demonstrates proactiveness and self-discipline, and a willingness to experiment with creative approaches to telling a story.
- Strong written language ability is a bonus.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A positive team player with an ownership mind-set, and able to multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
